Safar Expert provides travel and tourism services including but not limited to:

• Domestic and international tour packages
• Flight booking and reservation services
• Hotel and accommodation bookings
• Visa processing assistance
• Transportation arrangements
• Travel insurance facilitation
• Hajj and Umrah packages
• Corporate travel management

Booking Process:

• All bookings are subject to availability and confirmation
• Booking confirmation will be sent via email
• Full payment may be required at the time of booking for certain services
• Some bookings may require advance deposits

Payment Terms:

• Payments can be made through our accepted payment methods
• All prices are quoted in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT) unless otherwise specified
• Prices are subject to change without prior notice
• Additional fees may apply for certain services

Cancellation by Customer:

• Cancellations must be requested in writing or through official channels
• Cancellation fees may apply based on timing and service type
• Some bookings may be non-refundable
• Refund processing may take 7-15 business days

Cancellation by Safar Expert:

• We reserve the right to cancel bookings due to unforeseen circumstances
• Full refund will be provided for cancellations made by us
• Alternative arrangements will be offered when possible

Force Majeure:

Neither party shall be liable for any failure to perform due to unforeseen circumstances including but not limited to natural disasters, government actions, war, terrorism, or pandemic situations.

Customer Responsibilities:

• Ensure all travel documents (passport, visa, etc.) are valid and current
• Obtain necessary vaccinations and health certificates
• Comply with all immigration and customs requirements
• Arrive at departure points on time
• Provide accurate information for bookings

Our Assistance:

• We provide guidance on visa requirements
• Assistance with documentation processes
• Travel advisory information
• Support throughout your journey

Limitation of Liability:

• Safar Expert acts as an intermediary for travel services
• We are not liable for actions of third-party service providers
• Maximum liability is limited to the amount paid for our services
• We are not responsible for personal injuries, loss, or damages during travel

Travel Insurance:

• Travel insurance is strongly recommended for all trips
• We can assist in arranging appropriate coverage
• Insurance should cover medical, trip cancellation, and luggage protection

When using our services, you agree not to:

• Provide false or misleading information
• Use our services for illegal activities
• Violate any local laws or regulations during travel
• Engage in behavior that may harm other travelers or our reputation
• Misuse our website or attempt to gain unauthorized access
• Make fraudulent bookings or payments

All content on the Safar Expert website, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, images, and software, is the property of Safar Expert and is protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws.

You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from our content without explicit written permission.
